As a condition of your lease, the renter is required to insure their personal property for fire and extended coverage including burglary. The mobile storage unit lease further requires coverage for physical damage to the mobile storage unit in the renters care. The tenant may participate in the A rated carrier program from American Westbrook Insurance Service , a licensed agent. Neither the landlord nor the leasing agent is an insurance agent.

- “I agree to participate in the TRAC Contents Program. The coverage is for contents in the identified storage unit pursuant to the terms and conditions of the policy. Covered causes of loss include fire or lightening, sonic boom, explosion, wind or hail, smoke, aircraft or vehicles, riot or civil commotion, vandalism, sinkhole, falling objects, weight of ice or snow, and water damage. The terms of the policy will prevail, a copy of which is available on request. Coverage is in effect upon payment of your monthly premium and will remain in force through the duration of your lease. I acknowledge that a portion of the cost I pay is applicable to TRAC’s expense in collecting, accounting and remitting payment to the insurance company. Flood is not covered.”
